Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Currently i RARELY do commissions and when I do it its to help the near animal shelter.

Please read all of the Commission Policies below carefully before commissioning me.

• NSFW Artworks (like Hardcore Porn, Gore and similar)
• Portraits of humans (just don’t feel comfortable doing this, sorry)

• Animals, anthro or natural
• Fantasy/mythological creatures
• Technical subjects, such as machines, buildings, guns, vehicles, complex knot-work, etc.
• and many more. Just ask me!

It depends if friend or unknown people. Mostly half up front/half right before completion of the Commission.

I accept Bank Transfer and PayPal.

Revision:

As long as it's in sketch stage revisions or corrections are possible. If i missed something feel free to mention this!

If I have the drawing to a certain stage I will send you a scan or photo of it and you can give me your OK to color it. 

Once I begin coloring it becomes much too difficult (and often times impossible) to offer revisions, so you must be sure you are happy during the sketch phase of the piece, and doubly sure on the color scheme you want (if any)!

Cuz some(-times unnecessary) problems, in the past this HAS to be written down!

If you want to CANCEL your commission I will ask

20% of the full commission price once I started the commission.

If you already payed full a refund may be issued to you.

• §1 Again, 20% of the full commission price is non-refundable for any reason once the commission is accepted and started.
• §2 If I am working on your commission with more than half of it finished and you decide to cancel, you will receive only 40% of the final price back.
• §3 Should the commission be finished and for some reason you suddenly will not accept it, I have still done the work agreed upon and max. 10% refund will be issued to you.
• §4 If I have finished the piece and you still owe the final 50% of the commission price, I dont send out the original piece and just give a watermarked small thumbnail to you.
• §5 If you fail to pay  the final price  within 90 days/3 months without any information why and the piece is finished, I will mark it as abandoned and sell the original (you will get just the scann if I even can reach you!).
• §6 If you have paid in full and your sent artwork gets returned and I otherwise cannot get a hold of you, I will keep it max. 6 months, mark it as abandoned and sell it. In some cases you can get back a small amout of the full price.

Nothing here is meant in any bad way. I do commissions to help our animal shelter, so its important to have reliable customers! The money you don't get back will definitely go to our shelter!

Abandoned Art:

When I finish a commission I get right in touch with the customer to let them know I am done and to get finished with everything necessary.

Sometimes i can't reach the client, usually because their information has changed or something like that.

When this happens I try to find this person online. When even this fails, and when the customer does not contact me within 1/2 year I will keep the abandoned work and your artwork will be sold off!!

YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE I HAVE YOUR CORRECT AND CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION!!

Most commissioners are very patient, and polite, but every now and then someone is rude, overly demanding and more. If you are disrespectful to me, threatening, belligerent or otherwise mean and nasty, your commission will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted for any further commissions.

If you have a problem you should DISCUSS it with me in a civil manner.  There is no need to be rude in any way.

I am okay with accepting this kind of payments.  I will ask for 20% - 40% (Depends on price) of the quoted price down, and then I will require a monthly payment.

Artwork will be shipped when paid in full.

It is incredibly important to understand about the time it will take to finish your commission.

Of course everything depends on WHAT you want. Size, Media and so on. Mostly small pictures need a little time of some days or weeks while bigger works definitely CAN take some months or even about one year.

(Sometimes even longer. Art is a unique luxury just made for you. If you want luxury you should be willing to wait during its progress. Quality needs time!)

I try to be as fast as i can, but I can make no guarantees.

But don't forget I'm not a robot so it always can change a little.

Most of my artwork these days is commissioned which i have to do to help our animal shelter, so I need the option to be able to make prints of the art that I do for you. If you don't like that please make it sure up front.

You can edit it for use on forums, icons, and other personal (non-business) use. 

You may not mass produce items, use the image for your business or sell anything with the artwork on it!

However, if you would like to buy these rights from me I am willing to arrange that. This means you would be able to make profit from the image and use it any way you want!

I would only be able to claim the artwork as my own work and display it in my portfolio. Not making prints.

Purchasing rights to the artwork is an additional fee on top of your commission price. If you are interested in buying the rights to your commission, please contact me to arrange this.

--- After all:  You the commissioner may post/display the image wherever you wish (as long as my copyright is on it somewhere). ---
